Stay up-to-date with the organization's processes, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the stakeholders. Understand client requirements to identify and resolve any queries in a service. المهارات Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers. Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools. Must have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English Must be able to join immediately Contract - 6 months (may be extended)
